Shipping & Returns
Your order should ship within 24 hrs unless the item is out of stock or has an extended lead time. An order placed late Friday or during the weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning. If you chose a shipping option which provides a tracking number, we will send you a copy as soon as we receive it. The actual delivery time will be based on shipping option and carrier performance. Ideally you should receive your items within 3 to 10 days of the purchase date. Express shipments placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day. The map is shown only as an estimate for shipping transit time. The shipping times for various methods shown during checkout are an estimation and are not guaranteed by the post office. All orders over $40 will have a free shipping option and will be shipped by either first-class or priority. We do not ship on Saturdays. All orders requiring a shipping quote should receive a detailed response within 24 hrs. Any orders which contain out of stock items will require a restocking period which may be up to 2 weeks.
Blackhat E-cigs uses USPS for all our shipping. Occasionally packages can get lost or have delays in transit time. We provide customers with tracking information as soon as the items are shipped. Once the package has left our location, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to contact USPS for reimbursement should any problem arise. The seller warrants that the goods will at the time of dispatch correspond to the description given by the seller. Even if the product is past warranty please contact us and we will attempt to resolve any issues. Actual appearance of the goods may vary from images shown on the website.
60 Day Limited Warranty Includes:
- Defective batteries, atomizers and chargers which fail to operate or won't function after normal use as stated in the manual.
- Batteries which are too sensitive or not sensitive enough.
- Atomizers which produce a taste which is undesirable to the buyer (see manual and website to remedy such a problem).
- Labels which are marked or damaged.
- Any goods which have been misused, mistreated, dropped or submerged in liquid.
- Opened/used e-liquids.
Although those items stated as Excluded are not covered under warranty, the seller will consider the replacement of any items which are causing dissatisfaction to the buyer.
The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the seller within 30 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the Contract. If the buyer fails to do so the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made the goods shall be returned by the buyer to the seller. The buyer shall be entitled to a full refund plus any return postal charges if the goods are in fact defective. The buyer shall also have the option to receive replacements for defective parts in which case the seller will pay shipping of returned goods and replacement goods unless the damages are found to have been caused by misuse of the goods in which case the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges. The buyer will then have the option to have the defective goods reshipped at their own expense. The replacement of defective parts are subject to current stock levels. If an item which needs replacement is not in current inventory, the seller will replace the item as stock becomes available.
You have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund by informing the seller in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The right to cancel does not apply if these items have been unsealed by the consumer.
Goods must be returned by the buyer at the buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during return. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods (assuming the goods are in acceptable re-stockable condition) the buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. If the buyer fails to return the goods following cancellation, the seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the goods from the buyer. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the seller on the package. Where returned goods are found to be damaged due to the buyer’s fault the buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
